Occupational Therapist, Chester
The Supply Service are recruiting for a Occupational Therapist on behalf of a client based in Chester, Cheshire.
Our client seek to add a specialist Occupational Therapist to their dynamic team who support children with SEND.

This role would be suitable for candidates with knowledge and experience in line with agenda for change Band 6 or Developing Band 6 post. This role is not suitable for newly qualified Occupational Therapists.
Key responsibilities:
- Providing occupational therapy support to children and young people aged 4-19 with complex autism, learning difficulties, and challenging behaviours
- Collaborating with a trans-disciplinary team to ensure each pupil’s needs are understood, effectively planned for, and closely monitored
- Advising the teaching team on pupil development to achieve optimal outcomes for each child and young person
- Delivering both direct and indirect therapy to individuals and groups of pupils

Requirements
Experience as Speech & Language Therapist
CCYP - Counselling Children & Young People (Desired)
