The Supply Service are recruiting for a Parent Support Associate on behalf of a client based in Chester.

The Parent Support Associate position plays a key role in fostering trust and engagement between parents, students, and our educational partners. You will help parents navigate their child’s education and support our mission to deliver high-quality online lessons.

As a Parent Support Associate you'll need to:
- Support parents in understanding and engaging with their child’s education
- Facilitate informational sessions and progress update meetings4
- Collaborate with various teams to act on parent feedback
- Monitor and address parental inquiries and concerns
- Coordinate with schools and local authorities for necessary permissions
- Advocate for improvements based on parent feedback

Successful applicants are required to attend an online interview, complete Safeguarding training & must undertake a full enhanced DBS check.

Salary: £21,000 – £26,000 per annum
