The Supply Service are recruiting for a Student Support Associate on behalf of a client based in Chester.

The Student Support Associate position plays a key role in our pastoral care, ensuring every student’s educational experience is supportive and nurturing. This role is pivotal in building a service that considers the comprehensive needs of students for academic achievement.

As a Student Support Associate you'll need to:
- Develop and implement frameworks to support student well-being and academic achievement
- Facilitate drop-in sessions and progress meetings for students
- Collaborate with various teams to integrate student feedback into programme enhancements
- Monitor student attendance and engagement
- Coordinate with schools and local authorities to secure necessary permissions

Salary: £21,000 – £26,000 per annum
